Operation Healthy Pets has been working hard to keep low-cost spay and neuter in our community. Without our volunteers it wouldn't be possible. It takes many, many hours to organize just one clinic and one of our biggest time consumers is tracking people down for payment once they have been scheduled. So, we are implementing a pre-pay policy. Those that pre-pay immediately after they put an application in will get priority scheduling. Once you have sent your payment you just have to text our scheduling line (315-730-8389) with a screenshot of your payment. You must put your phone number in the payment notes, or we have no way to contact you until you contact us.  Currently the month of June is almost completely booked. Our July dates will be released in early June.
